If you want to cancel or change your order please contact me as soon as possible at contact@littleteapot.uk I process orders daily, and depending on the time you order and contact us it might not be possible.

I try to ship all orders within 3 to 5 business days. If there are any delays I will contact you.

If 15 business days have passed since you got a shipping notification, first check the address you used for the order. Unfortunately orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be replaced or refunded. If the address is correct, contact me at contact@littleteapot.uk with the details of your order.
