Shipping & Handling
Little Tea Pot
From my home studio to your desired space.
Because every print at Little Tea Pot is made to order, I don’t just pull stock off a shelf. I print, cut, and quality check every single poster right here in my home studio to ensure it’s perfect before it starts its journey to you.
1. Shipping Times (When will it leave?)
Since I handle everything myself, please allow 3-5 business days for me to print, pack, and dispatch your order.
Note: I do not dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays.
2. UK Delivery Options
I currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Once your order has left the studio, here is when you can expect it:
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked)
Estimated arrival: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked)
Estimated arrival: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
(Please note: This speeds up the postage, not the printing time)
3. How I Pack Your Art
I know how fragile paper can be. To ensure your prints arrive in pristine condition, I use:
A3 Prints: Rolled carefully in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in extra-strong, reinforced cardboard tubes.
A4/Small Prints: Shipped flat in rigid, hard-backed envelopes to prevent bending.
A Note on Curling: If your A3 print arrives in a tube, it may have a slight curl. This is normal! Simply lay it flat under some heavy books for 24 hours before framing, and it will flatten out perfectly.
4. Where is my order?
Once I have dispatched your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please drop me an email at contact@littleteapot.uk and I will hunt it down for you.
5. Damaged in Transit?
I pack my orders to survive the drop through the letterbox (and the occasional bumpy van ride), but accidents do happen. If your print arrives damaged, creased, or wet:
Please snap a photo of the damage (and the packaging).
Email it to me at contact@littleteapot.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
I will send out a replacement
