By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Products

2.1 Descriptions: I take great care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on my website are correct.
2.2 Colour Accuracy: Please note that the colours of my wall art prints may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to different monitor settings and display resolutions. 2.3 Sizing: All sizes quoted (e.g., A3) are approximate. Please allow for a very small tolerance in dimensions due to the trimming process.
2.4 Frames: Unless explicitly stated in the product description, frames are not included. You are purchasing the print only.

3. Orders and Contract

3.1 Placing an Order: When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
3.2 Contract Formation: A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and I have debited your credit or debit card. 3.3 Right to Reject: I reserve the right to decline an order for any reason, including but not limited to stock availability, errors in pricing, or inability to authorise payment.

4. Price and Payment

4.1 Currency: All prices are quoted in Great British Pounds (£) and include VAT (if applicable) at the current rate.
4.2 Delivery Costs: Delivery charges are not included in the item price and will be added and calculated during checkout.
4.3 Payment: Payment must be made upon submission of your order. I accept most major credit and debit cards including:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Dispatch: I aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days.
5.2 Delays: I am not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers (e.g., Royal Mail strikes) or events outside my reasonable control.
5.3 Risk: The risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.

6. Returns and Cancellations (Standard Items)

6.1 All prints are made to order and are therefore non-refundable. Each piece is printed on demand, and I do not keep stock, which means that I am unable to accept returns or exchanges should you change of mind.

6.2 If your print should arrive damaged, please contact me within 3 business days of receiving your order.
To process a replacement, you will need to provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

  • A clear photo of the packaging it arrived in

Once I have reviewed your claim, I will arrange for a replacement print to be sent to you as soon as possible.

7. Other Returns (Personalised Items)

7.1 Custom Orders: Please note that I can not cancel or accept return of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (e.g., prints containing a child’s name or specific date). These items are non-refundable unless faulty (see section 8).

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

8.1 Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your print arrives damaged (e.g., bent tube, water damage), please contact me immediately at contact@littleteapot.uk.
8.2 Evidence: I may ask for a photograph of the damage to help improve my packaging and claim compensation from the courier.
8.3 Remedy: For faulty or damaged goods, I will offer a full refund or a free replacement, including covering the cost of postage.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads, is the property of Little Tea Pot and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
9.2 You are not permitted to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit my artwork for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 I am only responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence.
10.2 I do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so (e.g., liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
